Our Distribution center and main offices are located in Johannesburg, South Africa.

We ship from our South African distribution center. All SA orders will be send via ground shipping.  Shipping options are available on the checkout page, and rates are calculated based on your location before you checkout. We do also ship internationally.

Yes. We offer stealthy shipping for customers who value their discretion. It is the responsibility of the customer to advise us if they require discreet shipping.

Shipping time depends on the shipping option that you choose on checkout. Ground shipping usually takes around 2-5 days depending on your location. We ship out daily and offer overnight courier services.

Anyone who is of 18 years old and above will be allowed to create an account and place an order online.

We currently accept EFT, direct deposits, or payment upon collection.  Payments are made in RSA Rand currency. The Rand Prices which are displayed on our website are the current market prices. Exchange rates vary daily. Please note that your issuing bank may charge higher exchange rates then calculated on our website.

Yes we offer worldwide shipping. All products are shipped out from South Africa.

Yes. After you complete your payment you will be notified when your product is shipped, and you will receive a tracking number to trace your order.
